Gurtok Terms of Service
These terms are the deal between you and the Gurtok team when you use the Gurtok app.
The app
Gurtok helps people find informal sports clubs, join games, chat, and run events. You need an account (phone sign-in). You must be 13 or older.
Your content
You own what you post: profile, club details, events, polls, ratings, chat, and photos.
By posting, you give Gurtok a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share that content in the app so other people in the relevant club (and, for public clubs, people discovering clubs nearby) can see it. We don't claim ownership of your posts.
You confirm you have the right to post it (for example, photos you took or have permission to use). Don't post anyone else's content without permission.
We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
Be decent
No illegal stuff, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, spam, or impersonation. Club chats and events are for the people in that club.
Maps
Location picking and maps use Google Maps / Places. That content belongs to Google and its suppliers. Use it only inside Gurtok as the map is shown.
Our stuff
The Gurtok name, logo, and app code are ours. Don't copy the app or scrape the service.
Accounts
Keep your phone number and account under your control. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
If something goes wrong
Gurtok is provided as-is. Informal sports can be messy; we don't guarantee games happen or that other people behave. We're not liable for what other users post or do.
Stopping
You can leave clubs and delete your account in Settings. We may stop offering Gurtok.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version lives here.
